9 Nov 2009 The [12-Week Kick Start] "Life Model" process for me has stimulated my business brain to effectively kick back into gear again. I had got caught up in the Chiropractic side of my business which, whilst important, I do need to stimulate and understand my business too. I have;
• Investigated professional book-keeping services
• Changed my working hours
• Looked at person finances and alternating mortgages
• Planned and re-set goals in short term and long term future.
• Identified the importance of making sure when I have a break, I really do, thus not taking my computer on holidays. Overall I feel I am very close to having my business on track, and also feel much more relaxed about the direction it is taking.

7 Oct 2009 Hi Lisa, Just wanted to say I got so much out of the "Women in Business" seminar. I feel very inspired and have just bought myself a journal to write in. I am also 3/4 way through your book and am working on the singular focus thing. Didn't realise how hard it is. I look forward to attending more courses specifically for women. It would be great to see how working mums do it. I keep on about it but that is where I am at the moment. 25 Mar 2009 The Forecast Your Cash Flow Guide and Cash Flow Forecaster (CFF) tool has been the making of our business. It has stopped the stress associated with the highs and low of our bank balance something we had been trying to do for three years. I found it so useful as I could work through the tool and UNDERSTAND IT. I then applied it to our business and within one month I have got our business on track. This is because I can predict was is going to happen and make the changes in our business practice necesary to make everything balance. Using the Guide and the CFF tool now means I can concentrate on building our business because it predicts what is going to happen. I now look forward to doing our accounts because there is no stress involved! I couldn't have afforded not to use this tool. I strongly recommend this tool for anyone who has a cash flow problem, wants to turn reduce their stress levels and turn their business around. Sally McKay, Forge Creative

I really enjoyed the [Re-energise Your Business] workshop and it has helped with my focus tremendously. What a eclectic bunch we are – glad to know that we are not your only challenge!!!! Still I liked the group dynamic and the characters that were there seemed genuine and positive. Content wise the sessions were great - short days, lengthy breaks, and not overfull.

Secondly: Sitting with other business owners is a rare treat, where there was a sense of knowing and camaraderie despite being from different industries.
