If I sign up for the Small Business Improvement + Growth Program do I need to commit to a set period, say 12-months?
The short answer is no. I don't hold you to a contracted period - it is all about the heart commitment from my perspective.

I recommend 12-months as the minimum. Whilst I pride myself on being pretty quick on the uptake, working with you for a period less than 12-months is not optimal in two respects:

• Firstly, for you. Your commitment to your Small Business Improvement + Growth program requires both a financial and time commitment. And time is hard for most business owners to find. Whilst willing, it will be a number of months before a business owner can really step back for a couple of hours from daily operations. Since your available time at the beginning of the program is usually quite scarce this can often translate into a slower start on the improvement + growth path. In a lot of cases we are just nailing the quick results with you at the 3-6 month mark, and the biggest impact improvements are still on the horizon.
• Secondly, for me. I will work directly with you to improve your business performance and at the same time create a systemised operation that will produce more profit, more life, more balance... unfortunately this is a journey that I can't buzz through with you overnight.

Many business owners choose to work with me longer than originally intended once they're on their way and they have experienced first-hand the leap-frog improvement + growth in their business performance that is possible.

My business name says I am all about balance as a result of being in business. Balance for me is about people having a measure of control over when, where and how they work, leading them to be able to enjoy what they consider to be an optimal quality of life. In this sense, life+work™ balance can have a different meaning for each person. I help you define what life+work™ balance means to you (notice our emphasis on life first, not work!), help you set personal goals and move rapidly toward achieving them.
