Led a review of internal controls across Alcoa's Farmlands Operations in WA. Required review of prior year's results and management of test cycle prior to scheduled audit. An assessment on the impact of Sarbanes Oxley was required.

Developed and delivered a toolkit to enable the global procurement team to measure bottomline performance following the Southcorp acquisition in mid-2005.
